Group 1 Kia Maidstone

My experience at Group 1 Kia Maidstone could have been better because I am disappointed in the customer service I received. I bought my car on April 20th, and at the time, the salesman was really patient and great at answering any questions and doing what he could to ensure I was happy. However, my problems started after leaving the dealership. I signed my paperwork and was told to return on April 27th before 9:30 am, which I did. When I turned up, the salesman was off and hadn't informed anyone else I was coming. When I got there, I was asked to sit in the waiting room. I was then told my car wasn't even on-site and hadn't been cleaned. The guy was really apologetic and said he would get the car in and out as soon as possible. From the waiting area, I was asked to sign document after document. After about an hour, the car was ready. Another guy in the dealership asked me if I wanted controls shown to me, which I said yes to. However, he walked me to the car, handed me the VC5, and told me to just play around with the car; then, he sent me on my way. The overall cleanliness of the car was rushed. There were compartments under the boot, glove box, and armrest that hadn't been cleaned, with dirt and leaves inside them. It has now been two weeks, and I haven't had any contact from the salesman to see how I have gotten on with the car or been checked in on. With the amount of money I am spending on the car, it would have been nice to have some high-quality customer service, like sitting down with someone at a desk and being shown controls in the car.

I'd recommend Group 1 Kia Maidstone because Friendly knowledgeable staff good selection of vehicles, great service all round

The experience at Group 1 Kia Maidstone was excellent. The reason for this was down to the sales lady Ella . She was so professional and patient. She had an excellent manner about her and her before and after sales care was brilliant. I do not enjoy shopping for cars but she made the experience at good one and I would go to Kia again because of het.
